The receptionists were friendly and very helpful and well able to communicate in English. The room was comfortable and clean with a good view. It was conveniently situated for the churches which we had gone to visit ie the Turin Shroud. The breakfast included in the price was good and the price was reasonable.

Location very close to the bus stops, and numerous pubs and restaurant to drink or eat something. Delicious and fine breakfast for the start of the day with parma ham, now vegetables, meats.

We didn't spent much time in the hotel. We satyed there for one night and left early in the morning.
We asked at the receptionist to get us taxi in the morning 5. Taxi driver was there 10 minutes too early and we had to pay for this. Italians are not familiar with time schedule.

Almost everything were really good. Hotel staff are friendly and caring. Breakfast including natural coffee and a fresh batch and etc., was fine. Location is good, not far from fine river and centre.
Problem with temperature of hot water. Water that hot that cold. Also a little problem is noise from street.

Everything is perfect, the room is well-equipped and well decorated with tall French windows, newly renovated bathrooms, for example. The breakfast is delicious, with cereals and proper espresso, for instance.

My room, depsite double glazing, became very noisy between midnight and one in the morning - obviously this is the time people are leaving the night clubs in the area

the staff was friendly. Coming from the smaller towns in italy I must say that the overall quality was a little bit less for the price wa paid. The hotel is situated in the city centre. The provide small, but secure parking spaces.
Located in the city centre you must realise that the streets can be extremely noisy. The was very thick layer of dust on top of the cupboard.

This hotel is quite nice and at a great location. The room and bathroom were fairly large which was nice. Bed and shower were good. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is on a busy street (with trams) so ask for a quiet room.
Breakfast was not great but not expensive either. Not a deal breaker in my opinion.
